
A Debt of Dishonour is a unique documentary film dedicated Major General Sosabowski and all ranks who served in the 1st Polish Independent Parachute Brigade Group and to their Comrades-in-Arms of the 1st British Airborne Division that fought in the ill-fated “Operation Market Garden” at Arnhem and Driel during September 1944.

In St. Andrew Bobola's garrison church in London, the Polish community commemorated the those who gave their lives for Poland in the Warsaw Rising which began on 1 August 1944. Mass was celebrated by Archbishop Szczepan Wesoły, the Rector of the Polish Catholic Mission in England and Wales, Fr. Stefan Wylężek and the Chancellor of the Polish Catholic Mission in England and Wales, Fr. Krzysztof Tyliszczak. The Ambassador, Her Excellency Ms Barbara Tuge-Erecińska, the Head of the Consular Section, Consul Dariusz Adler, Counsellor Jakub Zaborowski (Polish émigré matters) and Head of the Military Attaché, Naval Commander Stanisław Król were in attendance. After the service, the Polish Home Army Ex-Servicemen Association hosted a formal luncheon.
